MAKING
RESERVATIONS
The
Vortex phone, email, and web site are available to you for making reservations
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
However, in order for us to process your reservations, we must ask your
cooperation in one specific matter.
If you are making reservations on the day of the performance you wish
to attend, please make them before 3:00 PM. For example, if it is Friday and you
want to attend that night’s performance, please make your reservation before
3:00 PM. The same for Saturday and
Sunday.
You are
always welcome at the Vortex without reservations, but we cannot always
guarantee you seats.

Willy Loman—an elderly traveling salesman who lives by false hopes and illusions.
Role—Lead
Linda Loman—Willy’s wife. The peacemaker; always trying to ease the tension.
Role—Lead
Biff Loman—Willy’s oldest son. The conflict between the two is central to the story.
Biff was a “star” in high school, but has been a failure at most everything since.
Role—Supporting
Happy Loman—Willy’s youngest son. Trying to find his way in life.
Role—Supporting
Bernard—Charlie’s son. He was a childhood friend of Biff. Extremely studious and eventually successful.
Role—Small Supporting
Charley—The Loman’s next door neighbor. Owns his own sales firm.

Howard—Willy’s boss who inherited the company from his father.
Uncle Ben—Willy’s dead brother who appears to Willy during his flashbacks and times of trouble.

ROLES (All roles are available and none have been

Teach-35-45. A self-absorbed petty thief, living
day to day and with a vicious streak.
Donny-45-60. Owner of a junk
store and mentor to Bobby but a thief, as well.
Bobby-25-35 An on and
off again junky and not always what he seems. He sees Donny as a father
figure.
(The auditions will consist
of cold readings from the script.)
